I started out working with Lynsey Bennett and then due to her having to be out of the state for a bit, I then began working with Colleen Quinn. I was so pleased with both of these women and very impressed with their expertise and advice. They both gave me clear, concise and very good advice on how clean up and spruce up my home for sale. Once I was finally ready to put the house on the market, it sold in one day. I was impressed with the swiftness of the sale. I did have a few things to fix in the home and that only enhanced and made the sale better. Closing went smoothly also. Thank you so much for your professionalism and expert advice and knowledge. I highly recommend both of these ladies to anyone wanting the best sale possible. Colleen & Lynsey, you're the best!
